Ignacio Tarrazona chef of Memories was born in Madrid and raised throughout his life in Catalan lands. During his travel in more than 30 countries he worked with some of the most prestigious chefs today. Martin Berasategi taught him traditional recipes, with Heston Blumenthal he learned the search for perfection and with the Adrià Brothers the news of the moments and aroused his concern for creation. For our sweet selection we have David Castell, the pastry chef with a long professional career, he trained in some of the best patisseries in France, in addition, he worked as a professor at CETT in one of the most famous Tourism school in Barcelona and has worked during many years to get the perfection with his original recipes.
